Welcome to Thread Collective! We are pleased to offer layby options to enhance your purchasing experience, making it both flexible and enjoyable. Below are the terms and conditions for our layby service:

1. Deposit Requirements:

• The deposit amounts will range between 20% and 40% depending on the brand and/item purchased. Contact us for confirmation.

• All deposits are non-refundable. By placing a deposit, you commit to the purchase of the selected item(s), and we ensure that these items are reserved for you.

• The balance of your purchase must be paid through regular monthly payments. The standard layby period ranges from 3 to 6 months; however, the timeframe can be negotiated depending on the item(s) involved.

• After the deposit is placed, the remaining balance will be divided equally over the agreed number of months. Payments are due on the same date each month, starting one month after the initial deposit.

• Items will be available for collection or delivery once the full payment has been made. We will keep you updated on the status of your item(s), and notify you when they are ready for collection or dispatch.
