Before submitting your request, please note:

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.

• A 20% restocking fee applies to approved change-of-mind returns and will be deducted from your refund or store credit amount.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Please ensure your return parcel is securely packaged and appropriately insured. If a refund is issued, any original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund or store credit amount.

• Please wait for return approval before sending any items back.

Please note that approval of your return request does not guarantee that your return will be accepted. Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions. Refunds or store credit will only be issued once the item has been approved after inspection.
