Terms for Wholesale and Professional Accounts

This page outlines Thread Collectives terms and uses instructions for our wholesale and professional accounts.

Once approved, your discount will be applied to your account. In order to view pricing, you must be logged into your account.

Thread Collective's wholesale accounts are for yarn retailers looking to resell our products onto general public consumers. The initial order amount is $800 with $400 minimum ongoing orders. Orders below this amount will incur a handling fee of $15. 

Thread Collective's professional accounts are for textile artists who create and sell art to the general public where yarn and fibre is the main component. The initial and ongoing order amounts for professional accounts is $300. Orders below this amount will incur a handling fee of $15. 

The company or professional must be visibly selling to the general public. Evidence may be requested.

Our professional will be given the opportunity to advertise on our marketplace pages. Thread Collective will not be held responsible for any transactions from this page, and it is up to the professional to advise if there are any errors on the listing. To qualify for a marketplace listing professionals will be required to spend $600 on a rolling 90 day period. 

Thread Collective reserves the right to review our wholesale and professional accounts, pricing, and terms and conditions. 

Disclosure of our pricing will result in termination of your account. Please note that if you check out without logging into your account a $10 processing fee will apply to correct your account.
