Luxurious Wool Fibres
The Ashford Alpaca Merino Sliver is a luxurious blend of 30% baby alpaca and 70% New Zealand Merino.
Alpaca is five times warmer than sheep wool and silky soft. The fine white 21.5-micron baby alpaca is blended with Ashford's 22-micron Merino to create a beautiful combination.
Available in white and 7 heather colourways, these are perfect for all your fibre crafts!
*The Merino sheep are well cared for and are not mulesed.
Dye Information
The dyes comply with the strict EU regulations and garments made from the sliver can be certified under the Oeko-Tex Standard 100.
This standard is the most widely known standard for the certification of ecologically-safe clothing.
