ITO Nui is a spun silk thread ideal for sewing, quilting and embroidery. It can be used for both hand stitching and machine work. The spun silk has a soft sheen. 2 plies are twisted for optimal strength to a thickness of 2/60 NM (30 wt). The glossy, slightly pearly texture lends itself beautifully to surface designs like quilting, free-motion embroidery, applique, topstitching or outlining. ITO Nui will give strong seams to sewing projects and is a sustainable alternative to polyester thread. Available in 64 colours.
