LoftyFiber | Raddle Kit for Ashford Looms
The LoftyFiber Raddle is designed to help distribute warp threads evenly during back-to-front warping. Featuring four dents per inch and standing approximately 1 inch tall, it provides consistent spacing while remaining easy to use and highly adaptable.
The raddle is constructed from modular sections that connect to form the appropriate width for your specific loom. Snap-on caps fit securely over the top of the raddle, helping keep warp threads in place while also creating a smooth, convenient surface for supporting warp chains during setup.
To simplify installation, the appropriate mounting clips are included with the raddle. If your loom is equipped with a high castle tray, tray-mounting clips are supplied. For looms without a high castle tray, shaft-mounted clips are included instead, ensuring a secure and stable attachment during warping.
Inclusions vary on the loom type selected:
Brooklyn 16": 3 6-inch sections and caps, 1 1-inch cap, along with 4 short and 2 tall clips and 2 sleeves.
Katie 12": 2 6-inch sections and caps, 4 short clips, 1 1-inch cap; 2 sleeves.
16" Table Loom: 3 6-inch sections and caps, 4 short & 2 tall clips, 1 1-inch cap; 2 sleeves.
24" Table loom: 4 6-inch sections and caps, 4 short & 4 tall clips, 1 1-inch cap; 3 sleeves.
24" 16 shaft Table loom: 4 6-inch sections and caps, 8 short clips, 1 1-inch cap; 3 sleeves.
32" 8 shaft Table loom: 5 6-inch & 1 2.5" sections and caps, 5 short & 6 tall clips, 1 1-inch cap; 5 sleeves.
32" 16 shaft Table loom: 5 6-inch & 1 2.5" sections and caps, 8 short & 3 tall clips, 1 1-inch cap; 5 sleeves.
