The sweater is knitted seamlessly from the top down in the round, using three strands of Soft Silk Mohair held together throughout. Short rows are first used to shape the neckline before the yoke and body are continued in the round.
Once the main body is complete, stitches are picked up along the hem to create the ruffle. The ruffle is shaped with short rows, giving it a soft, flowing appearance and finishing with a pretty scalloped edge.
The sleeves are worked from the top down in the round, making the sweater seamless and comfortable to wear. I-cord edges complete both the sleeves and neckline for a clean, neat finish.
